Jonas Jonasson has won third prize in the category Best foreign authors of 2014 for the book "The Hundred-Year-Old Man Who Climbed Out the Window and Disappeared". The contest was organized by Mayakovsky Library in St. Petersburg, in collaboration with several foreign consulates and cultural institutions.

On Saturday, February 28, literature lovers from St. Petersburg could participate in a discussion about Jonas Jonasson and "The Hundred-Year-Old Man Who Climbed Out the Window and Disappeared". The discussion was led by Associate Professor of Scandinavian languages Polina Lisovskaja and the Consul Louise Morsing.
